Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese spiritual healing practice that uses energy fields to promote balance and relaxation, transfer positive energy through light touch, and alleviate physical, emotional, and mental stress. It is based on the idea of a life force energy that flows through the body in pathways in the body called meridians and energy centers called chakras. Reiki is commonly used in conjunction with other therapies.
